Shipping & Orders

Rieglers ships everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International orders cannot be processed.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Once your purchase is completed, Rieglers will process your item(s) within an estimated 7-8 Business Days. Pre-orders are excluded from this timeframe and will ship once they become available. Shipping times are always estimates and are not guaranteed. Active shipments can not be adjusted, accelerated, or canceled.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to make adjustments to your order. Please reach out to us via our contact page with all the needed information.

We offer a wide variety of payment options for your convenience. Including all major credit card issuers, PayPal, and more.

Returns & Exchanges

Accessories, collaborations, swimwear, underwear and discounted items are excluded from our Return Policy and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unused or unworn items can be returned within 14 days after you received the order. Rieglers does not cover the shipping costs for returns. To start the return process, please submit a request here.

We are happy to assist you in making an exchange on qualifying orders/products.
See our Return Policy on this page (One FAQ above this one) to determine if your order qualifies for an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original order’s arrival date and must be of equal or greater value. Please note that we can only exchange items that would qualify for a return under our Return Policy requirements.

RIEGLERS does not offer paid influencer programs, ambassador roles, or outreach campaigns. Any message offering a collaboration, discount, or paid promotion—especially from an account that does not use our official email, team@rieglers.net is unauthorized and should be ignored.
If you receive a suspicious message, simply block the sender & report it as spam.

Discount codes must be entered during checkout. Once an order has been submitted and payment is processed, we’re unable to add or adjust a code afterward. Please ensure any discount is applied before completing your purchase.

RIEGLERS is available exclusively through our official website, rieglers.net. We do not currently operate any physical stores, and we do not partner with third-party retailers. Purchases made outside our webshop cannot be verified for authenticity.
While future physical locations or selected retail partners may be considered, at this time rieglers.net remains the only authorized source for RIEGLERS products.
